Use of LocalProLine

LocalProLine provides information about service categories and may connect users with independent third-party service providers or referral partners. LocalProLine itself does not perform the underlying repair, maintenance, roadside, appliance, or home service.

Use of the site does not create a contractor, employment, agency, partnership, professional-advisor, or service-provider relationship between the user and LocalProLine.

Independent providers

Participating providers are independent third parties. They are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, qualifications, availability, estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, communications, billing, and legal compliance.

Users should independently evaluate a provider before hiring or paying that provider.

Availability and information

Service availability can change by category, location, time, and partner coverage. LocalProLine does not guarantee that a participating provider will be available, accept a job, arrive within a particular time, charge a particular price, or achieve a particular result.

Compensation

LocalProLine may receive compensation from a referral partner when a call or referral satisfies that partner’s qualification requirements. See the Referral Disclosure for additional information.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent inquiries, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Changes

These terms may be updated as LocalProLine’s services, partners, and site functionality develop. The version posted on the site will govern use from its effective date.
